Once in a remote fishing village ,there was a beautiful maiden.
She was the daughter of the village chief and her name was Yukiko.
Yukiko, had a childhood friend named Akuma.
Akuma and Yukiko were betrothed to each other since birth.
Due to his talents with the sword, Akuma became a prestigious samurai.
He practiced day and night and had so much pride in what he does.
On the day he had to leave for battle, he promised Yukiko to marry her when he returns.
Yukiko waited for Akuma to return.
One day, she was caught off guard when she got back home.
She was greeted by the sight of Akuma cutting wood with a samurai.
"Welcome home." He greeted her.
She laughed and replied "Shouldn't I be the one saying that?"
After which, they went inside the hut and gave each other hugs and kisses.
"You must be starving, let me prepare you some food." Yukiko fills a bowl with noodles.
Akuma nods and thinks how lucky he was to have her.
After a hearty meal, Akuma decides to do a bit of exercise.
Yukiko puffs her cheeks as she looks over.
Her childhood friend, who is soon to be her husband hasn't changed at all.
