Ski Vacation

 

Midnight Snow

The moon is round and brightly shining.

The snow sparkles as the beams hit the ground.

Two mischievous shadows graze the streets.

It's 10 at night and Orpheus waits for Ophia by the lamp post.

Spotting him from a far, Ophia approaches him while making sure no one could see her.

It was late but they had agreed to spend the night skating together as Ophia was going to travel to another country the next day.

They practiced as a pair.

They glided clumsily on ice, hand in hand.

Orpheus even attempted lifts.

That attempt proved to be unsuccessful.

Soon enough, they were skating flawlessly.

Ophia thinks it's time to go home

Orpheus walks her home and teases her along the way.

She gets a little bit sentimental and Orpheus tries to cheer her up.

Orpheus consoles Ophia, telling her he will visit her the week after.

Ophia and Orpheus are wearing their winter outfits.

Fall Backyard

 

Weekend Backyard Fun

It was a bright Saturday morning.

Under the clear blue sky, Orpheus and Ophia begin to enjoy their weekend.

They start the with walk around the backyard.

However, Ophia chose to chill by the hammock leaving Orpheus clueless on what to do.

Orpheus decides to do a bit of stretching. 

Hearing him huff and puff as he exercised, Ophia sits up and looks on.

"I think we need to mow the lawn." Orpheus whispers. 

He knows that it's taboo to talk about chores to Ophia during her free days.

"Alright, I'll do it," says Ophia energetically.

Ophia started mowing the lawn, which startled the birds on the ground.

A little bird greeted Orpheus. 

Comfortably perched on his finger, the bird whistled a tune.

Ophia finished mowing and asked Orpheus if they should go back inside to eat.

"I'll fix you a hearty brunch." promised Orpheus as they shared a smack by the porch.

Orpheus Moves In

On May 26, 2016 , Val the creator of Pet City announced that our pets can get a playmate that functions like a housemate for our existing pets.

My pet Orpheus saw this as an opportunity to move into Ophia's home permanently.
So packed his stuff and drove all the way to Ophia's place.
His truck broke down after a day's drive.
So he ended up calling for a cab.

The next day, Orpheus arrives at Ophia's house.

He finds her in the middle of mowing the lawn.

She was just too happy to see him as she welcomed him with open arms.  

"I'll need to take these inside." Orpheus starts to gather his things.


"Come on in! I have prepared your room."

Finally, Orpheus has officially moved in!

A couple of years after the move...
